the market was shut · Sep 2026
Friday 4:00 PM ET to Tuesday 9:30 AM ET. Three nights, a weekend and a public holiday — eighty-nine and a half consecutive hours in which the closing price of every US stock was a frozen number from last week.
Tokenized NVDA, TSLA and SPY traded through every one of them, on chain 4663. For those 89.5 hours the on-chain price was the only live opinion on what those companies were worth. That is not a feature we built. It is the market fact this terminal was built to read.
See what moved while it was shut →One terminal. Every hour.
Five surfaces. All live, all free.
TerminalReal candles, 9 indicators, every closed-market hour shaded
Real candlesticks with every closed-market hour shaded behind them — the band no other chart draws. Executable depth quoted live from the pool at four sizes ($100 → $100k), a tape that tags every fill printed while the exchange slept, and non-custodial swaps simulated before you sign. ⌘K palette, keyboard-first, shareable chart URLs.
DeskLong & short — funding, open interest and leverage, in one ticket
Live funding (hourly + annualized), open interest, basis and max leverage for every tokenized stock — plus the order ticket: shorts sized with liquidation and funding math in-site, spot longs executed from your own wallet, Morpho leverage built step by step. The session clock tracks the margin haircut at every closing bell — data nobody else publishes.
OvernightWhat moved while the exchange was dark — the daily gap digest
Every session close to open: which tokenized stocks moved, how far, against how much pool liquidity, and how wide the fair band sits around each print. The read that matters at 9:29 — what the 24/7 crowd did while the exchange was dark.
Docs & APIThe machine-readable board — free JSON, OpenAPI, llms.txt
Everything the board knows, as JSON at /v1/board — prices, moves, volume, session state. OpenAPI spec, llms.txt, and docs covering the chart engine, the trust model, the deployed contracts and the token. Built for bots and agents as much as for you.
EmbedDrop the always-on tape into any site with one script tag
The live board renders itself on any page — one script tag, no key, no backend, no iframe. Free forever.
The desk Wall Street can't offer.
The whole 24/7 book,
one screen.
Long, short and leverage — aggregated across Arcus, Lighter and Morpho, with the funding, open-interest and off-hours margin data no single venue shows you. Size the trade in our ticket, sign in your own wallet.
Open the Desk →Real NVDA freezes at the last close. The tokenized version doesn't. That gap is the only live price on a stock while Wall Street sleeps — this terminal trades it.
What we're building. Receipts first.
Most tokens launch on a whitepaper. This one launches on a terminal that's already trading. The free core has been live for weeks — the token turns on the Pro layer today, and the leverage and short contracts turn on the moment their audit clears. In that order, on purpose.
SHIPPEDTerminal + Desk + Overnight + API — the free core
Board · real charts with session shading · 9 indicators · executable depth · on-chain tape · non-custodial spot swaps · perp funding & OI board · the in-site order ticket · the overnight digest · the embeddable board · /v1 JSON API. All live on this site right now — and free forever, whether you hold the token or not.
LAUNCHING$NOSLEEP goes live — and the Pro tier turns on with it
Day one, the token has a job. Holding it unlocks the Pro Desk — the cross-venue layer that puts Arcus marks, funding APR, open interest, Lighter's live book and Morpho leverage tiers on one screen. That panel is on the Desk right now, open to everyone as a preview; at launch it gates, and holders keep it. The economics are stated plainly rather than promised: every trade pays a fixed 2% creator tax into the operator's treasury, and the treasury buys $NOSLEEP back off the open market and burns it. Nothing is ever paid out to holders — no staking, no distributions. Burns publish as receipts after they happen, never as a schedule.
The contract address will only ever appear here and at /ca.txt. Anything else, on any platform, is a fake.
IN AUDITLeverage longs & native shorts — written, deployed, waiting on the audit
The code exists. It's on chain 4663 already. AlwaysOnPerp — our own short contract — is deployed and source-verified today, and it shipped PAUSED on purpose: every path that could touch your funds reverts until an audit clears it. That's not a delay, that's the rule. Unaudited code does not get to hold anyone's money.
The leverage engine is further along still: it runs live inside the Desk ticket right now — stock collateral in, USDG borrowed, liquidation price and health factor computed before you sign — gated honestly on live Morpho liquidity, with Seed & Earn letting anyone supply it in-app. TSLA and SPY lead at up to ~4.3×.
When the audit clears, these turn on right here. No migration, no second site, no new token — the same page you're reading gets more powerful, and everything already built stays exactly where it is.
NEXTThe agent layer — API keys, MCP data-spine, alerts
Trading agents need one thing before they trade: data with receipts. The /v1 board is free today; on top of it we're building metered API keys, an MCP server exposing the full surface — prices, funding, depth, session state — and price / funding / bell alerts. This is the layer $NOSLEEP meters.
THENWatch any wallet — positions, PnL and funding paid, read-only
The perp venue's position data is public per address. Paste any wallet and read its book: entries, marks, liquidation distance, cumulative funding paid. Whale-watching as a feature — no signing, no custody, no account.
The order is the point — ship the product, launch the token on it, then unlock the funded contracts only once they're audited. Every stage lands on this site before it lands in a tweet: live things link, building things say so.
$NOSLEEP — why it exists.
The terminal is free forever. $NOSLEEP is a memecoin attached to it — it unlocks the Pro layer, carries the flag, and the fees it earns fund an on-market buyback and burn. It pays holders nothing directly. No token exists yet; the only real contract will be here and at /ca.txt.
The key to the Desk
Unlocks the aggregated pro layer — cross-venue funding, open-interest and liquidation maps, best-execution, in-app leverage, unlimited alerts. Nobody else aggregates the whole 24/7 book.
The agent's data feed
The AI-native chain's trading bots run on the nosleep.market API + MCP data-spine, metered in $NOSLEEP. Demand scales with every agent that plugs in.
The flag
Identity for everyone who trades while Wall Street sleeps. The enemy is the closing bell that shuts retail out at 4:00 — and never opens on a weekend.
A place in the tape
The people who trade while the exchange is shut are a small, identifiable crowd. Holding is how you stand in it. That is a social claim, not a financial one — nothing is paid out for it.
Buyback & burn — shown, not promised
The 2% goes to the treasury, and the treasury buys the token back on the open market and burns it — bought never minted, published as a tx hash once it has already happened. What it is not: there is no staking, no distribution and no revenue share. Nothing is ever sent to your wallet, and a quiet period means no burn.
What a trade costs
A 2% creator tax on the quote leg of every buy and every sell, plus the creator's
0.7% share of the launchpad's 1% base fee. The 2% is fixed at creation and can never be raised
or lowered, by us or by the launchpad. Verify it with creatorTaxBps on the curve.
Where it lands
All of it accrues to the operator's treasury wallet, paid in SPY — the pair this token is quoted against. The wallet address is published at launch and every sweep is a transaction you can follow. Nothing is routed automatically to holders: the launchpad's holder fee-sharing is switched off.
What the treasury does with it
The treasury buys $NOSLEEP on the open market at whatever the price is that day and sends it to a burn address. Bought, never minted. Permanently removed from supply. Each burn is a transaction hash published here after it happens — past tense only. It is funded by the treasury and run at the operator's discretion, which means it is not a schedule and not a promise: in a quiet period there may be no burn at all.
What is never paid out
No staking, no dividend, no distribution, no revenue share, no APY. Nothing is ever sent to your wallet. What holding gets you is access to the Pro Desk and the flag. The free core never gates, whether you hold or not.
Read this twice. $NOSLEEP is a memecoin attached to a real terminal. Burns reduce supply; they are not income, not a yield, and not a claim on anything. They are discretionary, funded only by revenue that has actually been earned, can be zero in any period, and are published only once they have already happened. Nothing here is a deposit, an APY, investment advice or a promise of return — the price can go to zero and the terminal will keep working either way. $NOSLEEP is and will remain the only nosleep.market token — its one contract address will live at /ca.txt and nowhere else first.
